Terming that Congress is ‘synonymous with credibility’ and claiming that it has kept almost all promises made to farmers and tribal people of Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Wednesday appealed to voters of Daltanganj in Jharkhand to vote for Congress to bring a positive change.

Baghel was on an election tour of the neighbouring state Jharkhand as a star campaigner of Congress and was seeking votes for Congress candidate from Daltanganj, K.L. Tripathi.

Speaking at a public      meeting, he claimed that Congress has fulfilled almost all of its promises made in its   election manifesto in the 2018 assembly elections in the state.

“Whether it may be farm loan waiver or may it be of procuring paddy at Rs 2500 per quintal or the slashing power tariff to half, all the promises made have been fulfilled in Chhattisgarh”, Baghel claimed.

“Like Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh too is a tribal    dominated state. In the interest of tribals, the Chhattisgarh government is even awarding the titles of the land on which they are residing since long”, the CM said.
