A special mental health unit has started functioning in the government Ayurvedic colleges in Raipur and Bilaspur every Friday, an official communication said.
Dr. Vijay Sahu, Assistant Director, Directorate of AYUSH, said people suffering from mental health issues will be provided free of cost guidance, suitable treatment and consultations for healthy lifestyle through Ayurveda.
Panchkarma services will also be given to the patients as per the requirement. He said the initiative started from April 1.
