A progressive young farmer Tulsidas Saav of Bansula village in Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh, who was awarded with the Padap Genome Sanrakshak Krishak Samman-2012 by the Union agriculture and cooperatives department, called on Agriculture minister Chandrashekhar Sahu here on Tuesday.
The Minister congratulated Saav for receiving the award from the Union Government and praised the works he has been doing for the protection of high yielding varieties of crops and in the areas of bio diversity.
