The 3rd Annual Convocation of the Indian Institute of Management Raipur will be held on March 24, 2014 marking the graduation of the 3rd batch of Post Graduate Programme in Management.
Hero MotoCorp ltd joint managing director and Hero Corporate Service ltd Chairman Sunil Kant Munjal would be the chief guest of the convocation. Hari S Bhartia, Chairman Board of Governors, IIM Raipur will preside over the Convocation. Director IIM Raipur Prof BS Sahay will present the Director’s Report.
Recognised by ‘India Today’– India’s largest English news magazine, as one of the “Faces of the Millennium” for business, Munjal is responsible for developing growth strategy and implementation of new business plans for the Group.
IIM officials informed that Sunil Kant Munjal has received Glob Scot Award from the Scottish Government in September, 2012.
His name has been inscribed on The Royal Society of Medicine’s Wall of Honour at london in recognition of his contribution in Affordable Healthcare as President of Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, ludhiana in February, 2013.
He is currently a member of Prime Minister’s Council on Trade & Industry that regularly interacts with the Indian Prime Minister on economic issues.
