After the resignation of Bilaspur District Rural Congress Committee president Arun Tiwari, State Congress secretary Anil Taah has been appointed as the in-charge president by State president Bhupesh Baghel. Taah is considered to be a supporter of former Chief Minister Ajit Jogi.
