Anger is boiling in the Chhattisgarh Cabinet as no minister is allowed to work as per protocol and rules, former Chief Minister and BJP leader Raman Singh said on Saturday, warning of a Maharashtra-like situation in the state.
Reacting to senior Minister T.S. Singh Deo relinquishing the Panchayat portfolio, Raman Singh said Singh Deo was the architect of ‘Jan Goshna Patra’ (election manifesto) which helped the Congress to take power.
Now he himself feels that the senior most minister of a department is not being allowed to function. It shows there is no dialogue between the Cabinet ministers and the Chief Minister.
This is only a sample of what is happening in the Cabinet, Singh said.
