Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Gaurishankar Agrawal on Tuesday announced that Amit Jogi is allowed to function as Free (Politically Independent) Member of the Chhattisgarh Assembly.
Reading out his decision in the House, the Speaker said that Jogi would be considered as a member of the party from which he had been elected and the status cannot be changed after his expulsion from the party.
