Health and Urban Administration Minister Amar Agrawal dedicated to public a number of community centers at Bilaspur district headquarters on the occasion of Bhai Duj here.
Addressing the people on the occasion, Agrawal said that Community Centre is very important for social development of the city.
He said that Sarkanda is being developed as new Bilaspur. A stadium at a cost of `120 crores is being constructed in the area.
Agrawal dedicated to public a community center at Babaji Park, Nandeshwar Community Center at Sarkanda, Ganesh Community Center and Residency Community Centre.
While inaugurating the Community Centre at Babaji Park and Residency, Agrawal said that people live as a family in colonies and cooperate with each other in social works which is the culture of Bilapsur.
He said that the asphalting of Gaurav Path will be done soon and said that personal attention is important for development of gardens. Mutual cooperation and coordination is must for development of a systematic colony, added Agrawal.
Shyam Bihari Tiwari also addressed the gathering. A number of public respresentatives, administrative officers besides local people were present on the occasion.
