State CM Raman Singh planted mango saplings on the Saila Tourist Resort premises at Mainpat in Surguja district.He said that Mainpat has a special importance in the tourism map of Chhattisgarh because of panoramic natural environment and cool climatic condition.
During his Vikas Yatra, the Chief Minister had night halt at Mainpat on Friday. The officers on the occasion told the Chief Minister that to make the hilly areas of Mainpat lush green, around 2.42 lakh saplings of different species had been planted during the current monsoon season.
