Jwala Gutta, the noted Indian badminton player, was felicitated by Chhattisgarh State Tennis Association (CSTA), here on Sunday. The shuttler was in the city on Sunday to open a lifestyle club.
Jwala in her address to budding tennis players appreciated the efforts of CSTA and its office bearers. She called upon the players to take full advantage of facilities provided by CSTA and move ahead. Notably Jwala, had initially started playing lawn tennis and later on shifted to badminton.
Vikram Sisodia, who is also the executive member of Indian Olympic Association, extended his best wishes to Jwala for her coming events such as Commonwealth Games and Asian Championships.
