Revenue Minister Prem Prakash Pandey has informed Chhattisgarh Assembly on Friday that private land measuring 780.723 hectares had been acquired for the upcoming NTPC ltd’s lara Super Thermal Power Plant in Raigarh district.
In a written reply to Congress member Devti Karma, the Minister informed that rehabilitation grants had been offered to the 1755 project affected.
He said that a total of 223 family members of project affected had been provided employment through various contractors involved with the project in the project.
