Urban Administration Department Minister Amar Agrawal informed Chhattisgarh Assembly on Friday that a total of 57 mobile towers were established by private companies in Durg district without seeking permission.
In a written reply to Congress member Arun Vora , the Minister informed that 20 companies have taken prior permission to set up mobile towers.
He said that action is being taken against the companies which had established towers without permission and some of the cases are pending for decision in the High Court.
