The Chhattisgarh Government on Tuesday promoted three IAS officers to the rank of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS).
Accordingly, BVR Subramaninan, Principal Secretary, Home, Jail, Transport Department with additional charge as Transport Commissioner will be Additional Chief Secretary with the same set of departments under his charge.
CK Khaitan, Director General, Chhattisgarh Academy of Administration, Nimora, Raipur will be Additional Chief Secretary, Forest Department.
RP Mandal, Principal Secretary, Forest Department with additional charge of labour Department will be Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Development Commissioner and with additional charge as Director General, Thakur Pyarelal Panchayat and Rural Development Institute on retirement of Additional Chief Secretary, MK Raut on November 30, 2017.
