Home Minister Ramsevak Paikra on Tuesday informed the Chhattisgarh Assembly that there were 143 cases of murder, 9 of dacoity, 135 of loot and 2,690 of robbery in Raipur district between January 1, 2015 and February 23, 2017.
In a written reply to BJP member Devji Bhai Patel, the Minister informed that there had been 88 cases of murder, 8 of dacoity, 44 of loot and 449 of theft in Korba district during the aforesaid period.
