Doctors of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raipur on Monday addressed and advised more than 250 patients on Glaucoma. The institute is observing World Glaucoma Week from March 9 to 15. During the week, Glaucoma Awareness Rally was organised on Sunday from medical college block, AIIMS Raipur.
The Glaucoma screening camp was organised by the Department of Ophthalmology under the guidance of Dr Ankur Shrivastava, Assistant Professor, with a team of 12 resident doctors at OPD Block. About 250 patients attended the camp and got necessary advise and treatment of Glaucoma. Glaucoma Clinic will be inaugurated by Director of AIIMS Raipur on March 13 at Ayush block.
