A two-day workshop on labour laws was organised by Industrial Relations Department here by the Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) for a cross-section of main employers, contract operating authorities, factory managers and management trainees.
The workshop was inaugurated by lT Sherpa, ED (P&A) who exhorted the participants to make full use of the workshop and the inputs provided therein by the faculty. HR Choudhury, Acting GM (Personnel)welcomed the participants, as well as briefed them about the importance and objectives of the workshop. The inaugural session was conducted by Amulya Priyadarshi, Sr Manager (P-IR). It was the 27th workshop in the series of such workshops being coducted by the BSP, the flagship unit of the public sector Steel Authority of India ltd (SAIl).
