CM condemns Sarabjit’s murder in Pak jail
Raipur: Chief Minister Raman Singh has strongly condemned the cold blooded murder of Indian prisoner Sarabjit Singh in Pakistan’s Kot lakhpat Jail. In his condolence message offered during the cremation of Sarabjit Singh in his village in full state honour, Singh termed the act of deadly attack on an innocent and unarmed prisoner as extremely shameful and condemnable. He said that such type of an act is against humanity and a crime of heinous nature. The Chief Minister while offering his condolence to the family of Sarabjit prayed for peace to the departed soul.
Sixth Pay Commission pay scale for drivers
Raipur: The State Government has decided to provide the Sixth Pay Commission pay scale to the charged and contingency establishment drivers. In a circular released by the General Administration Department the drivers of heavy vehicles of Charged and Contingency Establishment would also be offered the Sixth pay Commission Scale.
