Nearly 2,000 school children dressed as Swami Vivekanada and Sister Nivedita took part in a rally organised under the aegis of Mahavir International, Raipur capital here on Sunday.
The rally flagged off by MP Ramesh Bains was taken out from the Vivekanand Ashram which passed through various parts of the city and culminated at the Indoor Stadium with a programme held at the venue where Chief Minister Raman Singh was the chief guest while cabinet ministers Brijmohan Agarwal and Rajesh Munat besides Swami Satyarupanand were the special guests.
