A two-day workshop on labour laws was organised by Bhilai Steep Plant's Industrial Relations Department on March 9 and 10, 2016 for a cross -section of Principal employers, contract operating authorities, factory managers and personnel executives at BMDC, Sector-7 here.
This workshop was inaugurated by HR Choudhury, GM (Personnel) who exhorted the participants to make full use of the workshop and the inputs provided therein by the faculty, a BSP press release informed.
D P Satapathy, DGM(P-IR,SC&CA) welcomed the participants as well as briefed them about the importance and objectives of the workshop.
The inaugural session was conducted by Amulya Priyadarshi, AGM (P-IR).
H. Shekhar, AGM (P-BFs&SGP), K. Praveen, AGM (Environment Management), Amulya Priyadarshi, AGM (P-IR), Ajay Kumar, Sr Manager (P-P&E) and R Ranjani, Sr Manager (P-Mill Zone 2), conducted different sessions on various labour laws/Acts.
