Revenue Minister Prem Prakash Pandey on Friday informed Chhattisgarh Assembly that 1764.61 hectares of agricultural land was acquired from 1707 owners during 2007-08 for the proposed Tata Steel Plant in Bastar district.
In a written reply to Congress member Bhupesh Baghel, the Minister informed that the State government’s MoU signed with Tata Steel on June 3, 2016 had not yet been terminated.
