Chief Minister Raman Singh informed the Chhattisgarh Assembly on Wednesday that there are a total of 138 power plants in the State with the installed power generation capacity of 21,779.82 MW.
In a written reply to Congress member Arun Vora, the Chief Minister stated that out of the 138 power plants, 15 are in the public sector and the rest of 123 are in the private sector.
