There are a total of 138 pending cases of land compensation for the Kelo Dam canal, Agriculture Minister Brijmohan Agrawal informed Chhattisgarh Assembly on Friday.
In a written reply to Congress member Umesh Patel, the Minister informed that there is a provision to award land compensation at twice the rate of prescribed guidelines.
