A total of 1094 questions--589 starred and 505 unstarred -- have been received till Wednesday from the members for the winter session of Chhattisgarh state assembly to be commenced from November 25.
Already the notification for holding the winter session has been issued. The session will be held from November 25 to December 6, holding 10 sittings.
The state government will bring in certain amendment bills as already ordinance has been issued by the Governor for the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act where the indirect election for the Mayor and chairman has been mooted. The government is also likely to bring in the supplementary budget, targeting the paddy procurement in the state.
