Police in Chhattisgarh’s Korba district have seized 2,022 liters of liquor and arrested 1,054 persons in an anti-drug and de-addiction campaign Nijaat, it was announced on Sunday.
As many as 1,033 persons have been arrested in excise related cases, Korba Superintendent of Police Santosh Singh said.
Also, 21 persons were caught under the NDPS Act, he added.
