A crucial meeting of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) was held here at the district headquarters on Thursday.
Chhattisgarh In-charge of the party and Rajya Sabha MP Dr Alok Siddharth chaired the meeting and tried to pacify angry leaders over seat sharing with party's coalition partner Janata Congress Chhattisgarh (JCC) (J).
Siddharth in the meeting tried to calm down the dissenting leaders who were angry over giving seats of their representation to JCC (J).
He clearly stated in the meeting that they have to assist JCC (J) in their share of seats and BSP is not confined to 35 seats but are contesting from all the 90 assembly constituencies of the state.
