Durg emerged as the top district in Chhattisgarh for providing home isolation care during Covid-19, the Health Department said on Monday.
“The Covid care model of Durg district for home isolation has turned out to be very effective. In the survey carried out by the Health Department, Durg district captured the first spot,” a press release said.
During the survey, patients in home isolation gave very positive feedback. The report was released on Monday.
The entire district was divided into different zones headed by 12 medical officers who are collecting feedback from patients and also providing counselling.
The Durg home isolation care model also got appreciation from the Joint Secretary in the central government, Richa Sharma.
