Ousted Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat on Tuesday welcomed the High Court order allowing a floor test despite the Assembly being under animated suspension. He said that he was confident of proving his majority in the State Assembly.
Addressing a Press conference, Rawat said, “We shall prove our majority on the floor on March 31.”
Rawat had on Monday paraded 32 MlAs before Governor KK Paul and claimed support of 34 MlAs in the 71-member House, including one nominated member.
