BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Saturday requested the EC to recommend perjury proceedings against Congress candidate from Chandni Chowk lok Sabha seat Kapil Sibal as the affidavit of assets filed during his nomination did not disclose about his wife’s Directorship in three companies.
The complaint attached Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ records which showed Sibal’s wife Promila as Director in Arshiya Exports Private ltd, Arihant Farmhouses Private ltd, and Hacker Electronics Private ltd.
