Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi’s election rally in Jharkhand’s Gumla district was cancelled Tuesday following a technical snag in his helicopter here. Congress sources said Gandhi was not allowed to fly in the helicopter. Therefore, the Gumla rally was called off and Gandhi went to Bihar’s Gaya city by a special plane to address another rally.
