A case of forced oral sex against Peepli live director Mahmood Farooqui collapsed in the Supreme Court on Friday. The apex court dismissed the petition of a US woman against the Delhi High Court order acquitting Farooqui in the 2015 alleged rape case.
“We are not satisfied. We will not interfere with the High Court verdict. It is a well-written judgement,” a division Bench of Justices SA Bobde and l Nageswa said, adding, “In how many cases have you seen that after the incident the (victim) has told the accused I love youIJ Do victims say I love you to their alleged accused.”
