Several areas of the national Capital witnessed water-logging and traffic snarls for the second consecutive day on Sunday after heavy rain lashed the city since early morning through the evening.
Hitting out at the AAP Government and BJP-led civic bodies, the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) president Ajay Maken alleged that both the City Government and the three municipal corporations have “failed” to come out with the permanent solution to waterlogging in Delhi. The national Capital of India has become the capital of water logging, the Delhi Congress chief said.
