ED Raids Actors in Car Scam
The Enforcement Directorate raided 17 locations across Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including properties linked to actors Prithviraj Sukumaran, Dulquer Salmaan and Amit Chakkalackal, in a probe into alleged luxury car smuggling from Bhutan to India. The operation follows a Customs investigation into a syndicate using forged documents for illegal import, registration and sale of high-end vehicles to high-net-worth individuals.
