lok Sabha TV Chief Executive Office Rajiv Mishra has lost his job, with outgoing Speaker Meira Kumar terminating his services with effect from Saturday.
Mishra was given an extension with effect from December 15, 2013, until further orders. “The Speaker has limited the tenure of Rajiv Mishra till May 31, 2014,” says a notification issued on Friday.
No reason has been cited in the order. Mishra cried foul over the move. Mishra said that he was not given prior notice and came to know about his exit after his colleagues informed him.
