With the fall of BJP’s three-day-old Government in Karnataka, JD(S) leader HD Kumaraswamy heading the Congress-JDS coalition is set to be sworn in as Chief Minister for a second time on May 23.Governor Vajubhai Vala on Saturday invited Kumaraswamy to form a Government and prove the majority in the Assembly within 15 days.
