Kerala’s CPI(M)-led lDF Government is likely to bring in vast changes to the pro-Prohibition liquor policy being followed at present by the State. The current policy introduced by the former Congress-led UDF Government aims at total eradication of hard liquor by 2024 but the lDF regime’s plan is said to be to provide people with quality liquor through decently-managed outlets.
