Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Congress’ Punjab CM candidate Amarinder Singh are engaged in a bitter Twitter war

that entered into the second day on Thursday.

The sparring started on Wednesday afternoon when the Congress leader ridiculed the AAP for fielding former journalist Jarnail Singh as candidate from lambi constituency. Amarinder alleged that the AAP fielded Jarnail Singh  in understanding with Akali

Dal to ensure Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal’s victory.

“Jarnail’s nomination bid from lambi shows AAP-SAD collusion to ensure Badal’s victory. Reeks of an underhand deal!,” tweeted Amarinder Singh.

Pat came Kejriwal’s reply, “Sir, are you fighting against Parkash Badal ji or Sukhbir Badal or Majithia or safe seatIJ” Amarinder wasted no time in hitting back at Kejriwal, “Badals’ story is over. You tell where you are contesting from and I will come fight you there!”

Evading Amarinder’s challenge to contest against him, Kejriwal tweeted back “So, you are fighting me, not Badals/drugs. Badals also say they will fight against me. You and Badals wish to fight against me not against each other.”

On Thursday morning, Amarinder reignited the feud by replying to Kejriwal, “I have defeated Jaitley-Majithia combine when you did not even know a thing about Punjab. But tell us why are you so scared or fighting meIJ”

After some hours came Kejriwal’s reply clearing the air that he was not going to contest from Punjab. “I am not fighting Punjab election. So, you challenge hollow. We are fighting Badals/Majithia, who sunk Punjab in drugs. And you are fighting us, not themIJ”

Amarinder shot back terming Kejriwal as a dramatist.

“Always knew your screeching in Punjab was pure drama! Now that you have conceded, apologise for your months of lies and false personal commitments.”

While Kejriwal has not yet replied to Amarinder’s last tweet, both the Congress and the AAP supporters were busy carrying forward the war of tweets.
