An Iranian woman discovered her husband’s clandestine peccadilloes by unlocking his mobile phone on Doha-Bali Qatar airways flight (QR-962) on November 5 and created such a ruckus that the plane had to be diverted to Chennai.
During midflight, wife unlocked his sleeping husband’s mobile phone by pressing his finger on the screen. She went in rage when she checked his email exchanged and discovered he was cheating on her.
According to reports, the woman got into high decibel exchange with her husband and also misbehaved with the crew members when they tried to pacify her. The situation became so ugly that the crew decided to off-load the woman along with her husband and their child in Chennai.
Incidentally, the Doha-Bali flight had no stopover in India. After offloading them, the plane flew to Bali.
Thankfully, the authorities at Chennai did not detain the family. They kept the family at the airport till the woman got sober and then put them on a Batik Air flight 6019 to Kuala lumpur. From where they were took a connecting flight to taken to Bali.
