Blaming the State Government, the BJP said that it was the people’s anger that spilled over after it failed to impart justice to aggrieved people. BJP leader Hukum Singh said that despite Muzzaffarnagar simmering for over 10 days, the administration waited for the worst to happen and now is looking for excuse. A BJP fact-finding team headed by Ravi Shankar Prasad on will visit the riot-hit district on Monday.
