The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Sunday issued Look Out Circulars (LOC) against eight private entities named in the FIR registered in the alleged Delhi Excise Policy “scam” case. According to the CBI officials, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, former Excise Commissioner A Gopi Krishna, Deputy Commissioner Anand Tiwari and Assistant Commissioner Pankaj Bhatnagar’s names are not mentioned in the LOC as they are public servants and they cannot leave the country without intimating the Government.
The agency has opened LOCs against eight of the nine private accused persons Vinay Nair, former CEO of Mumbai-based event management company Only Much Louder, Amandeep Dhal, Director of Brindco Sales Pvt Ltd., Sameer Mahendru, Managing Director of Jor Bagh, Delhi-based Indospirit Group, Amit Arora, Director of Buddy Retail Pvt Ltd., Dinesh Arora, Sunny Marwah, authorised signatory of Mahadev Liquors, Arun Ramchandra Pillai of Telangana and Arjun Pandey of Gurugram. However, no LOC has been issued against Manoj Rai, a former employee of Pernod Ricard so far.
