Four persons, including the 26-year-old son of Assistant Sub-Inspector of the Delhi Police, were arrested on Wednesday for kidnapping, molesting and stabbing an 18-year-old graphic design student in North-East Delhi’s Khajuri Khas area.
The accused kidnapped the victim when she was heading to her institute in Kamla Nagar near Delhi University and forced her at knife point to ride on their motorbike. They took her to Kamla Nehru Ridge (Bonta Park) in Civil lines area where they molested her and even filmed the act.
The accused attacked the victim with blade when she raise her voice for help. later they dumped her near the Delhi Police Training Institute in Wazirabad. The accused have been identified as Raghuraj (26), son of ASI, Sonu (27), Pankaj (19) and Robin (19). All are residents of Sadatpur in Khajuri Khas.
The victim, in her statement, told the police that after reaching at the park, the accused molested her. But when she objected and tried to raise her voice, the accused got scared and took her back on their motor-bike. “On the way, they attacked her with blade and dumped her near the Delhi Police Training Institute.
The accused threatened the victim to upload the video on internet if she informed anybody about the incident. However, the victim mustered the courage and informed her parents about the incident who in turn approached the police.
