Close on the heels of the sensational murder of an lJP leader in Patna last week, Bihar BJP vice president Bisheshwar Ojha was gunned down in Bhojpur district on Friday, the second BJP leader to be killed in the State in 12 hours, sparking an outburst by the Opposition parties. Earlier in morning, another BJP leader Kedarnath Singh was shot dead in Chhapra. The Opposition questioned Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s zero tolerance to crime and accused the Government of selective murder of rival parties’ leaders.
Ojha was shot dead at Sonebarsa bazaar under Shahpur police station in Bhojpur district, by unknown assailants.
