The Allahabad High Court has stayed the process of recruitment of 400 teachers in BHU over allegation of not providing department-wise reservation.
However, the court has given the liberty to continue the recruitment of non-teaching staff, but said the validity of this recruitment will depend on the court decision in the case.
Interview for the recruitment of teaching staff under advertisement number 11/2016-17 was to be held on April 10, but the BHU cancelled it on April 8.
