AAP Govt encouraging liquor mafia: Anurag Thakur

Published on:

Terming the Arvind Kejriwal Government as “Bevdi Sarkar (Drunk Government)”, Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur on Monday lambasted the AAP Government on the alleged liquor scam saying it is mired in corruption.

His comments come after the BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra played two videos, purportedly showing the father of the accused number 13 in the CBI FIR in the alleged excise policy scam.

“The Health Minister of Delhi Govt is in jail, while the Health Minister of AAP-led Punjab Government was also in jail. Imagine the condition of the Government whose Ministers are in jail for corruption. They are encouraging the liquor mafia. AAP doesn’t have an answer to it. It is a corrupt Government. This is the identity of Arvind Kejriwal-led Bewdi sarkar,” he said.

“The AAP Govt is known for corruption. Manish Sisodia is involved in a huge scam while Kejriwal is the kingpin of corruption. Its silence on the liquor scam for 15 days now says a lot,” Thakur told the media in Himachal Pradesh.
