The BJP on Tuesday triggered speculation about the fate of Nitish Kumar Government. Senior BJP leaders Shahnawaz Hussain and Sushil Kumar Modi on Tuesday claimed as many as 52 JD(U) MlAs were in touch with the party and even worked for its candidates in the lok Sabha polls to ensure that the RJD and lalu Prasad do not come to power in Bihar eventually. The JD(U) termed it a ploy to exert pressure on officials and claimed the situation was actually to the contrary with many BJP MlAs being seen in Nitish’ rallies.
