Amid a political furore over the three new farm laws, a Gaon Connection survey has found that about 52 per cent of the country’s peasantry oppose these, but one-third of them did not know details of the legislations. Of the 35 per cent supporting the agri laws, almost 18 per cent were not informed about them.
