Four terrorists were on Monday killed as Army foiled an infiltration bid in Keran sector in Kupwara district of north Kashmir.
A Defence spokesman said that a group of terrorists tried to infiltrate from across the line of Control in Keran sector but troops foiled their bid. “The group was challenged by the soldiers triggering a gunfight that continued throughout the night. The gun-battle ended on Monday,” an Army officer said.
