It is good to keep up with times and the some of the recently renovated multiplex at DT Cinema at DlF Saket are quite swanky. The seats and plush and the leg room is enough for even tall people. The done-up adds to the overall movie experience.
Most of us go to watch a movie at a mall for the whole works — a good ambiance in an air-conditioned environment. If one had to take the stairs, there are many cinema theatres where one can watch a movie for almost half the price. The entire point of going to a meal to watch a movie is because some of us don’t want to walk in the heat or for that matter take the stairs.
So it was a bit of a shocker for a few movie goers who found themselves taking the back stairs after a movie ended at DT Cinema. And it not so much about the stairs but the place where these stairs took you out. Believe it or not, it was right outside the mall!
In other words, the stairs led you out of the mall from where one would then ha e to walk back into the mall — go through the entire exercise of getting your bag checked and then take the escalators to get to your car.
