Woman slaps man accused of sexual harassment on bus in Madhya Pradesh, CCTV video goes viral

A CCTV video showing a woman confronting and slapping a man allegedly involved in sexual harassment inside a passenger bus in Madhya Pradesh’s Sagar district has gone viral on social media, sparking widespread outrage.

The incident reportedly took place at the Deori bus stand, where the accused allegedly approached two young women inside a stationary bus and behaved inappropriately. According to reports, the man allegedly attempted to harass one of the women while other passengers were present.

The woman immediately confronted the accused and slapped him, with the entire incident captured on the bus’s CCTV camera. Following the confrontation, the man reportedly fled from the spot.

After the video surfaced online, Deori police identified and detained the accused. However, an FIR has not yet been registered as no formal complaint has been filed by the alleged victims.

The incident has triggered discussions on women’s safety in public transport, with social media users praising the woman’s courage and demanding strict action against harassment in public spaces.
