Government will fall if opposition sustains pressure, Rahul Gandhi tells INDIA bloc MPs

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday asserted that the government would fall if the opposition sustained its pressure, telling INDIA bloc MPs that recent protests had shaken the government's foundations.
Addressing the opposition MPs at the Central Hall of Samvidhan Sadan, the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha said the issue went beyond Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and required the termination of the current government.
“There is a much deeper problem than Gyanesh Kumar and it requires termination of this current government,” Gandhi said.
He described the issue as one worth fighting and dying for, and criticised Kumar for refusing to meet elected representatives.
The CEC was “only a service provider”, Gandhi said, questioning his refusal to meet opposition representatives.
“If we continue to push the way we have in last three-four days, I guarantee this government will fall,” the former Congress president said.
Gandhi also claimed that the government had become apprehensive in the face of opposition protests.

our courts are singularly guilty of colluding with anti-national ghandy-scamgress. ghandys have been on bail over 10 years for huge corruption, and the courts are acting like it just does not matter.
