NBCC floats Rs 9,620 crore tenders to revive 16 stalled Supertech projects

State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has floated 25 tenders worth Rs 9,620.33 crore for construction and related works to revive 16 stalled residential projects of Supertech Ltd, offering a potential boost to thousands of homebuyers awaiting completion.

The projects, spread across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Karnataka, involve nearly 50,000 housing units that have remained stalled for years, NBCC said in a statement on Tuesday.

NBCC was appointed as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for completing the projects by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in December 2024.

The Supreme Court in February 2026 upheld NBCC’s mandate to oversee the completion of the projects, providing legal backing for the implementation of the revival plan.

The latest tenders cover construction and other related works across the 16-project portfolio. The move is expected to help restart construction and provide relief to homebuyers who have faced prolonged delays and financial uncertainty.
